4e836bb4e1 Updated type_traits usage to use *_t aliased templates. 
Also fixed an issue with details::make_stride using int to handle
Bounds::rank, which is of type size_t.

Also fixed ArrayViewTypeTraits template specialization that was using
std::is_reference incorrectly.
