in SP mode it, the mode working, but not in MP and Zombie mode, any solution

I'm passing you figured this out since the issue was closed but I figured I'd reopen and make sure.

Please check:

Did you install the client correctly? (probably the cause of this error)
Did you verify your game files?
If you're using the cracked version did you extract the patch.7z into your game directory and replace the existing older file versions?

If you did all of that and are still getting this error, let me know. I'm happy to help you troubleshoot on discord when I'm available. Going to leave this issue open for a few days.
